These terms govern access to https://automateinsights.digital and engagements with Application Findings Bureau (“the Bureau”). By using this site or commissioning a review, you accept these terms.

Acceptance

If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit engagement requests. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Services described

Content on this site describes professional financial audits of applications and related briefings. Descriptions are informational. A binding engagement arises only when both parties confirm scope, fee, and start date in writing.

No lender or programme guarantee

Findings improve the clarity of an application pack. They do not guarantee approval by any bank, grant body, or credit committee.

Intellectual property

Site text, layout, and branding belong to the Bureau. Client documents remain the client’s property. Memoranda produced under engagement may be used by the client for internal decision-making and submission preparation; republication requires prior written consent.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Bureau is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from site use. For paid engagements, liability is limited to fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot be limited under Taiwanese law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). Courts in Taiwan have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from site use or engagements, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
