This notice explains how Application Findings Bureau (“we”) handles personal data collected through https://automateinsights.digital and during financial application audit engagements.

Data we collect

Contact forms collect name, email, optional phone, engagement interest, optional filing date, and message content. Engagements may require business financial documents that incidentally contain personal data of directors, guarantors, or staff. Newsletter signup collects email only.

Purposes

We process data to respond to enquiries, deliver contracted reviews, issue invoices, meet legal obligations, and—only with consent—send occasional bureau briefings.

Retention

Enquiry messages are retained up to 24 months. Engagement files are retained for seven years unless a longer period is required by law or dispute. Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Subject to Taiwanese personal data protection law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing, and you may withdraw consent for optional communications. Contact hello@automateinsights.digital to exercise these rights.

International transfers

We store primary records in Taiwan. If a processor outside Taiwan is used for email or hosting, we require contractual safeguards appropriate to the destination and purpose.
