A Pingtung practice built for application-stage scrutiny
Application Findings Bureau began as a desk practice for manufacturers who needed a second set of eyes before loan and grant packs left the building. We still work that way: document-first, plain findings, no theatrical claims about certainty.
Origin
The bureau took shape after repeated committee delays tied not to weak businesses but to inconsistent packs—cash-flow lines that contradicted narratives, grant budgets that drifted from programme rules, collateral lists that could not be matched to insurance certificates. Founders Hana Wu and Wei Chen formalised a review method that ranks findings by approval risk rather than by accounting elegance alone.
We remain based at Bonnie Grove in 屏東縣, serving clients across Taiwan through remote document review and, when needed, on-site verification of ledgers and security.
Working approach
Every engagement starts with a scoping call that confirms application type, pack completeness, and deadline pressure. We refuse inflated certainty: our memoranda state what the documents show, where they conflict, and what evidence would close a gap. Clients keep authorship of their applications; we keep independence of the findings.
