Audit process
From draft pack to ranked findings
This page maps the stages every financial application audit follows at the bureau. Use it to brief your finance team before you request an estimate.
-
01
Scoping call
We confirm application type, facilities or programme streams, document readiness, and filing deadline. You leave with a draft fee range and a list of exhibits to assemble.
-
02
Document intake
You send the draft narrative, financial schedules, debt and collateral lists, and any lender or programme templates. Incomplete packs pause the clock until the index is whole.
-
03
Desk review
Reviewers reconcile figures across exhibits, test narrative claims against schedules, and draft findings ranked as blockers, clarifications, or tidy-up notes.
-
04
Clarification window
We send provisional findings so your team can supply missing context. Material new documents may extend the timeline; cosmetic edits do not.
-
05
Memorandum and briefing
You receive the final findings memorandum and a 60-minute briefing with your finance lead. Optional board briefings can follow if directors must approve filing.
