Pre-submission application audit

A full financial audit of a loan or credit application before it reaches a lender or committee, with ranked findings and a corrective briefing.

Banks and credit committees rarely reject applications on a single dramatic error. They pause when cash-flow lines refuse to reconcile with the narrative, when collateral descriptions drift between exhibits, or when repayment capacity rests on optimistic assumptions left unexplained.

The pre-submission application audit is our flagship engagement. We treat your draft pack as a committee would: reading numbers against claims, testing internal consistency, and recording findings in plain language so your team can repair the pack before the formal stamp goes on.

You remain the applicant. We do not rewrite your story for you; we show where the financial story breaks and what evidence would close the gap.
