Engagement

A clear path from draft pack to findings memo

This page maps how a TrueCourse Application Audit engagement runs — from first contact through the written deliverable. It is the process companion to our audit listing.

Planner and application documents outlining an audit engagement timeline
  1. 1. Scoping

You describe pack type, approximate exhibit count, and submission date. We recommend a full file audit or a narrower review and quote a fixed fee in an engagement letter.

  2. 2. Intake

After the letter is signed and any deposit received, you send the draft application and supporting documents. Incomplete packs pause the clock until core exhibits arrive.

  3. 3. Reading desk

We inventory documents, reconcile repeated figures, and note contradictions between narrative and schedules. No lender contact occurs unless you instruct us in writing.

  4. 4. Findings memo

You receive a written list of gaps and mismatches, ordered by how likely they are to draw a query. A single clarification call of up to 45 minutes is included on the flagship audit.

  5. 5. Your next step

You or your adviser amend the pack and submit. We do not lodge applications. If you want a second pass on revised exhibits, that is a separate short engagement.

Common questions

What does a financial application audit cover?

We examine the application pack itself: forms, income evidence, asset schedules, liability lists, supporting letters, and internal consistency between figures. We do not underwrite the loan or decide approval.

Do you submit applications to banks on our behalf?

No. We review and annotate your file so you or your adviser can submit with fewer avoidable gaps. You remain the applicant of record.

How long does a typical review take?

Most personal loan or mortgage packs are returned within five to seven business days after we receive a complete file. Larger commercial packs may need a longer window, agreed in the engagement letter.

Can you work with files prepared outside Thailand?

Yes, provided documents are in English or accompanied by clear translations. Meetings can be remote; our office remains in Phuket for in-person file reviews when preferred.

What should we prepare before contacting you?

A draft application, the lender’s checklist if you have one, and the supporting documents you plan to attach. Incomplete packs slow the review; we will say so early.
