How we rank findings before you refile

A findings list that treats every discrepancy as equal is a findings list nobody finishes. We rank items by how likely they are to stop an application at the first review desk.

Material blockers are inconsistencies that make repayment capacity, eligibility, or security impossible to assess—mismatched debt totals, missing cash-match commitments, or collateral that cannot be identified. Clarifying items are issues a careful reader can resolve with a short note or an extra exhibit. Tidy-up notes are formatting and labelling repairs that improve professionalism but would not, alone, justify a refusal.

Clients sometimes ask us to soften the language on blockers. We decline. Soft language delays the hard edit. The briefing that follows a memorandum exists so your team can decide which blockers to fix before the filing date and which residual judgements to accept with eyes open.
